You now have a team of assistants.
You chose the profession of nursing to make a difference. But too often, you shoulder too big of a burden, which leads to that one word we’re hearing more and more in our industry: Burnout.
Well, we’re saying, “Enough is enough.” That’s why we’re taking a big leap by introducing Helen voice-commanded technology.

Voice Command Device
Concierge App
Patient App
Helen isn’t one more thing to worry about. It’s 100 less things to worry about.
That’s because we’re putting a team of highly trained assistants by your side, to handle non-emergency patient requests like extra pillows, water, socks, and more with speed and kindness.
It’s all made possible by the connection between the device – placed inside every patient room and nurse’s station – and our team of concierge members.
Helen benefits different people
in different ways:
For patients…
it makes their room feel more like a hospitality setting where their needs can be easily met.
For families…
it ensures their loved ones have whatever they need to be comfortable and cared for.
For you…
it lessens the burden of tasks, so you can stay focused exclusively on care and practice at the top of your license.
Here’s how it works…
A patient can request anything they’d normally ask you for. For instance:
Patient: “Hey Alexa, ask Helen to get me some water.”
Helen: “My pleasure. We’re on our way.”
That request is then routed right to a concierge member’s device—and you don’t have to do anything.
Think of Helen as your own personal assistant—helping you focus on the work that matters most.
